These terms are an agreement between you and Bag of Marshmallows AB. By using 5060 you accept them.
Climbing and skiing are dangerous
Climbing, skiing and expeditions carry a real risk of serious injury and death. 5060 is a tool, not a guide, a rescue service or a replacement for skill, experience, judgement and proper equipment. Routes, scans, positions and conditions may be inaccurate, outdated or unavailable. Positioning can fail, especially in poor GPS conditions, and voice notes may not arrive. Never rely on 5060 as your only means of navigation, communication or safety. You are solely responsible for your decisions in the mountains.
Your account
You must be at least 13, or the higher age required in your country, to use 5060. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Your content
You own the voice notes and content you create. You give us a licence to store, process and show it to the people you share it with, so the app can work.
Our content
Scans, routes, stories and the app itself belong to Bag of Marshmallows AB or our partners. Don't copy, resell or scrape them.
Acceptable use
Don't use 5060 to break the law, harass people, track anyone without their consent, or interfere with the service.
Liability
5060 is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage from using the app or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes go to Swedish courts, without limiting your consumer rights.
